UPS Weekday Express Shipping
EXPRESS SHIPPING ORDERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON WEEKENDS!
Orders must be received by 12pm PST to ship on the same day, otherwise they will go out the following business day. No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Friday orders will be delivered Monday/Tuesday. Contiguous US only, HI and AK excluded.
We do not control UPS, so can only guarantee that we will get your order to them in a timely fashion. Refunds on express shipping issued only if we are unable to pack and hand off your order in the time-frame described.
Shipment processing time
Regular orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless the item(s) ordered is in “PRE-ORDER” status. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders than normal, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All shipping and handling cost for your order will be calculated at checkout. Please make sure all shipping information provided is correct and accurate.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will be receiving a confirmation email with your tracking information. Must provide a valid/correct email address to receive our confirmation emails.
Damages
All items are well inspected before shipping. Must report any shipping damages within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).
Temperature Warning
At Lab Nerd, we take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure that every order leaves our facility in perfect condition. Once your order leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, Lab Nerd is no longer responsible for maintaining the temperature of the items. We cannot control the transit environment, carrier warehouse conditions, or the climate at the destination.
When ordering temperature-sensitive items, please remember:
Choose the Right Shipping: It is your responsibility to factor in delivery times. We strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping, especially during warm weather.
Check the Weather: Consider the forecast in your area before placing an order.
Track & Retrieve: Please track your delivery and bring the package inside immediately. Items left outside or in hot mailboxes will degrade quickly.
